A bespoke project for a prestigious residence

In this residential project, we oversaw every aspect of the fit-out, acting as the sole point of contact. We managed the entire supply and installation of every element, creating a tailored work that blends our production expertise with the design of our international partners. The design challenge

Under the direction of Architect Patrizio Giovanardi, the goal was to transform the architectural space into a welcoming and sophisticated home. The main challenge was to ensure absolute material consistency and millimeter precision in every room, ensuring that every technical component disappeared to leave room for pure living harmony.

Intertecnica’s intervention
Our contribution involved the complete fit-out of the property, managing various levels of technical complexity:

Shell and structures: implementation of wall finishes and installation of special fixtures, designed to maximize thermal and acoustic comfort.

Surfaces and coverings: installation of fine flooring and custom-made wood paneling systems, capable of defining the home’s volumes with a warm and welcoming touch.

Customizations: in-house development and production of bespoke wooden furniture, integrated into the architecture to optimize space and enhance every corner of the residence.

Lighting & Furniture: selection and installation of lighting fixtures and loose furniture, overseeing the professional assembly of iconic pieces by the most prestigious brands in the industry.
