A new home for BPER Banca in Milan, in the prestigious Diamantino complex in the Porta Nuova district. A headquarters that reflects and amplifies the style and iconography of the corporate image, also codified in the creation of public-facing branches, reinterpreting, with renewed verve, designs, materials, and colors that strengthen the sense of belonging.

In this new workspace for BPER Banca’s management, we have created, in collaboration with the architecture firm Tétris, Project & Development Services and Workplace Strategy of JLL, an agile environment, with shared open-space areas and furnishings and elements designed for exchange and collaboration.

Soundproofed partition walls, custom furnishings, storage units, furniture elements such as tables and seating, crafted in tactile and warm materials like wood and fabric. Each element, in addition to being coordinated with the corporate image, is balanced within a context of expansive glazed views and plant components, with the objective of creating welcoming and enveloping environments that place the well-being of those who experience them at the center.
